She was thinking what could be done. But she could not find any means to quench her thirst . at last, losing heart when she was about to fly away. She saw some pieces of stones lying at a little distance at once she hit upon a plan . she got to the stones and took a piece of stone in her mouth. She flew to her pitcher and dropped the stone into it. She continued the some takes for several times and gradually the level of water was rising. But he was very honest. He earn his livelihood by selling wood in the market. One day he while he was cutting wood near a pond. Suddenly his axe fell into the pond. The pond was very deep. The wood cutter did not know how to swim or dive. So, he was sitting there sadly. Then a wonderfull thing happened. A beautifull fairy appeared before the woodcutter. She asked him in a sweet voice.”why are you so sad?why are you not cutting wood?” the wood cutter replied sorrowfully,”my axe has fallen into the pond.so, I can”t cut wood Now.”The fairi then showed him an axe made of gold, She asked him if it was his axe. In fact when he look down into the water he saw his own image. But he thought it was another dog with another piece of meat. The dog was greedy by nature and he wanted to get that piece of meat too. So he barked and jumped into water to have the piece of meat. But alas! When he open his mouth his piece of meat fell down and the current swept it away. There was a pin drop silence in the conference.
